PIVOT!!!

Everytime I hear the word PIVOT I think of Ross on Friends screaming that in the hallway while moving the mattress. So funny!!

But in all seriousness, pivoting in your business is a real thing and an important thing. I have pivoted multiple times in my business all of which lead me to what I believe is truly my sweet spot - editing and coaching. Hitting my stride in those areas has equated to my most successful year in business by leaps and bounds.

I’m also massively overhauling my coaching model based on a lot of lessons I learned this year. I’ve created The Cinnamon Circle and the Circle on Demand to help as many other creative small business owners as possible in a way that works with my strengths and my life.
