What numbers DO and DON'T Matter? 

A lot of time small business owners get caught up in thinking about all of the wrong numbers in their business.

Numbers are great because they are easy to digest and make us feel like we have a grasp on how we are doing as business owners, but focusing on the wrong numbers can be really detrimental to our forward progress if we give them too much weight.
